一种冰箱用低成本接地连续性的研究和应用

摘要 家用电冰箱作为Ⅰ类器具,其电气系统中的接地回路是提供安全防护的最后一道防线,满足按规要求的连续性和低电阻是设计和工艺工作中的常规任务。对于冰箱门上配备有带电部件的接地处理,是考验合规性和项目方案可行性的试金石。本文提出一种解决该应用场景的接地连续性方案,同时兼顾低成本和工艺性要求。该方案主要是依靠螺栓在异形孔"舌片"与螺纹的咬合面建立起多点的电气连接,其结构稳固且连接可靠,无需对现有的生产加工工序作出额外投入和变更,从而达到低成本、高可靠度的应用目的。 As I category appliance,the earthing circuit is the last stage to provide safety defense in electrical system of a household refrigerator,it is a general task that maintaining earthing continuity and low resistance to meet safety requirements during its design stage and manufacturing progress.Handling earthing conductors with live parts on refrigerator door is a touchstone for testing compliance and project feasibility.An earthing continuity method was proposed to solve this application scenario which takes the process requirements and low cost into consideration.The solution mainly relies on those bolts establishing a multi-point electrical connection between the shaped tongue“tab”and the screw-thread occlusive surface,and the structure is quite stable and the connection is reliable,with no additional input and modification added to the existing production and procedure,and then the purpose of low cost,high reliability application is achieved.
