压缩机跳停过程温度变化特性试验研究

摘要 以压缩机和过载保护器为研究对象,在室外温度极限和电源电压极限试验工况下,测量过载保护器线体温度、压缩机温度以及电源电流电压值,分析压缩机跳停过程中各温度测量点的变化趋势。研究表明:在两种给定系统运行工况下,压缩机分别在室外温度为55.0℃和电源电压为169V时发生跳停;压缩机在发生跳停过程中,其最小动作电流在初次进入可动作区后,系统发生自我保护动作,随后进入不动作区,最终进入可动作区,压缩机发生跳停;在各温度测量点中,储液罐与压缩机连接处温度变化相对值最大,可设立温度监控点,预测压缩机跳停时间,削减其带来的影响。 Taking compressor and overload protector as research object,we measured the temperature of overload protector line and compressor body,current and voltage of electric source.Based on these measured values,the temperature variation tendencies and influencing factors have been analyzed under the conditions of outdoor temperature limit and voltage limit.The result shows that jump-stop point happens when the outdoor temperature is 55.0℃and voltage is 169 V respectively.During jump-stop process,the system will take self-protection when the ultimate trip current(U.T.C.)enters alternative action zone for the first time.Then the U.T.C.will come back to non-action area.Finally,the U.T.C.will enter the alternative action area or action area until the jump-stop phenomenon happens.Temperature variation amplitude between compressor and storage tank is the biggest one in all temperature measured points.Under such circumstance,monitoring point can be set in this place to predict the jump-stop moment and reduce its negative effects.
