摘要
介绍了墙壁开关插座产品面板脱扣力的定义,并通过对面板类型的分类,简述了不同类型的面板。用实验方法将面板脱扣力进行测量并用有限元分析的方法分析出影响面板脱扣力的影响因素,方便了墙壁开关插座产品在以后的设计中,寻找合适的方法和条件对面板脱扣力的大小进行调控。
The definition of tripping force for wall switch socket was introduced,and different kinds of panels were briefly described by classifying them.We measured the panel tripping force through experiments and analyzed its reasons by the finite element analysis method,which was convenient for wall switch socket designers to find suitable methods and conditions to control the magnitude of panel tripping force in future design process.
