政治关联作为一种特殊的政企关系普遍存在于世界各国,并对企业的财务行为、公司价值以及经营业绩等方面产生了重要影响。政治关联带给企业的经济后果是学术界热议的话题之一,受反腐败和中组部18号文的影响,有学者开始关注政治关联断损的经济后果。借此契机,本文通过分析政治关联建立与断损的经济后果,对现有研究进行评述,发掘新的研究方向,以期对未来政治关联研究有所裨益。

Political connection,as a special relationship between government and company,is common in countries all over the world and plays an important role in financial behavior,company value and business performance,etc.Economic consequences of political connection are one of the hot topics in academic circle.Because of the affection of anti-cor-ruption and Document No.18 issued by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC,some scholars begin to pay attention to economic consequences of political connection and breakage.By means of the opportunity,the article analyzes economic consequences of political connection building and breakage,reviews existing researches,and tries to find new research direction to be beneficial to political connection research in the future.
