摘要
现有电磁感应式非接触电能传输(ICPT)系统单位功率因数电能接收端参数设计过程需要反复仿真迭代、设计过程较为繁琐。为解决上述问题,提出一种近似解析法求解单位功率因数ICPT系统接收端参数设计方法。在分析临界导通模式(CRM)LCL谐振变换器激励下整流桥工作状态的基础上,采用微分方程建立了LCL谐振变换器的输入电压、电流的数学模型。并利用LCL谐振变换器并联谐振电容的基波电压对其实际电压进行近似处理,给出交流侧接CRM LCL谐振变换器的整流电路等效电感和等效电阻计算方法。进而提出CRM LCL谐振变换器的参数设计方法,使得CRM LCL谐振变换器工作在接近单位功率因数状态。最后,搭建2k W ICPT系统原理样机,通过实验验证了所提方法的可行性和正确性。
In the existing inductive contactless power transfer(ICPT)system,the parameters design process of the unity power factor receiver needs repeated simulation iterations.The design process is complex.In order to solve the above problems,an approximate analytic method is proposed to solve the parameters design of the unity power factor ICPT system receiver.Based on the analysis of the working state of the rectifier which connected the critical conduction mode(CRM)LCL resonant converter,a mathematical model of the input voltage and current of the LCL resonant converter is proposed in the form of differential equation.And the fundamental voltage value of the parallel resonant capacitor of the LCL resonant converter is used to approximate its actual voltage value.The proposed method can be used to calculate the equivalent inductance and equivalent resistance of the rectifier which connected CRM LCL resonant converter.Then,the parameters design method of CRM LCL resonant converter is put forward,which makes the CRM LCL resonant converter work in close to unity power factor state.Finally,a prototype of 2kW ICPT system is built.The feasibility and correctness of the proposed method are verified by experiments.
