摘要
针对目前测试智能电表可靠性的相关设备少,现有设备精度、自动化程度不够高的特点。本文设计提出了智能电表多应力可靠性综合试验系统。该系统采用集中控制系统,实现温度、湿度、振动试验条件一体化设置,按照试验时序分别控制振动台、温湿度箱。在不同温度条件下,解决了加速度传感器灵敏度漂移和温度传感器的非线性失真问题。实现在加速应力水平下,对智能电表进行可靠性测试,并能对测试数据进行自动分析处理,对智能电表可靠性评估。
Aiming at disadvantages of low precision and automation of existing equipments for testing the reliability of smart meter,this paper proposed a comprehensive multi-stress reliability test system,which realized the integration of temperature,humidity and vibration test conditions through centralized control system and controlled the shaking table and temperature and humidity box respectively according to test timing.The sensitivity drift of accelerometer and the nonlinear distortion of temperature sensor are solved under different temperature conditions.At the accelerated stress level,the reliability of smart meter was tested,and the test data could be analyzed and processed automatically to evaluate the reliability of intelligent meter.
