Several Views and Suggestions on Existing Reliability Test

本文就当前可靠性试验的现状进行了阐述,指出了我国可靠性试验取得的成绩和存在的问题,并针对目前存在的可靠性问题提出了自己的建议:物理试验与仿真相结合;软硬件并举;试验中引入加速应力;进行可靠性综合建模。

In this paper,the current status of reliability test is described,the achievements and problems of reliability test in domestic are pointed out,and some suggestions are put forward which are combining physical test with simulation,using hardware and software in same time,adopting accelerated stress in test and establishing comprehensive modeling.
