摘要
基于恶劣的海洋服役环境,以典型飞机电连接器为研究对象,通过喷涂缓蚀剂、加载电流载荷,利用盐雾箱开展试验室加速腐蚀试验,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、接触电阻等技术,探究电连接器的腐蚀失效形式,验证缓蚀剂对飞机电连接器的防护性能。
Based on harsh marine service environment,taking the typical aircraft electrical connector as research object,this paper carried out laboratory accelerated corrosion tests by spraying corrosion inhibitors,loading current loads and using salt spray box.Then we researched the failure modes of electrical connectors corrosion through optical microscopes,scanning electron microscopes,contact resistance and other technologies,which verified the protective performance of corrosion inhibitors on aircraft electrical connectors.
