摘要
按ASTM标准对2A12铝合金进行预腐蚀,产生腐蚀坑,测量预腐蚀坑的深度,统计预腐蚀坑数目,进行数理统计,获得其几何尺寸的分布。对预腐蚀试验件进行静拉伸试验,得到了腐蚀损伤程度越大其剩余强度越小的关系。在断口观测基础上建立了腐蚀坑的物理模型,基于腐蚀坑平均特征参数和最大特征参数两种参数提出了剩余强度预测方法,并与实验值对比,本文的方法对于2A12铝合金预腐蚀剩余强度预测具有一定的参考价值。
Specimens of 2A12 aluminum alloy are exposed in corrosive solution according ASTM standards to create pits on its surface,these pits will be later measured to identify their number,depth and geometric size distribution by statistical analysis.Single direction tensile tests are conducted on corroded specimen,which proves that residual strength will decrease with corrosion damage increasing.This thesis establishes a physical model based on AFGROW analysis and proposes a method to predict the residual strength based on average pit parameters and maximum pit parameters of corrosion pits.Comparing with experimental result,the proposed method is proved to be applicable for the prediction of 2A12 aluminum alloy residual strength with corrosion damage.
