摘要
针对冬季相对湿度低、无法满足翼盒装配这一主要问题,提出一种在开敞区域局部增加湿度的方法。通过现场调查,样机实地测试及理论计算,确定加湿量及一体化管路布局。根据在ARJ翼盒装配型架上安装加湿系统的应用验证,将相对湿度控制在30%~85%范围内,湿度集成控制,实时显示温度及湿度,可在全年进行装配工作。解决了实施前在冬季大部分时间相对湿度在15%以下,不能进行装配工作的问题。
Based on the problem that low relative humidity in winter can’t meet the environmental conditions for the assembly of airplane wing box,this paper proposes a method to increase the local humidity in assembly area.Through field investigation,field tests of prototype and theoretical calculation,we can ensure the quantity of increased humidity and distribution of integrated pipelines.The application of humidification system of assembly fixtures for ARJ wing box can control the relative humidity in 30%~85%,and the temperature and humidity value can achieve the real-time display.This method can be adopted all year long which solves the problems that assembly work can’t be carried out under the conditions of relative humidity under 15%for the most of time in winter.
