摘要
履带车辆台架试验是履带车辆试验室环境试验的重要环节,测功机是台架试验台的核心部件,台架试验测试结果的可靠性和准确性直接取决于测功机惯量模拟的精度和响应时间是否可靠。本文采用对比法对履带车辆底盘测功机进行校准,利用高精度扭矩仪、标准机械惯量箱、等效惯量匹配机械系统、数据采集分析系统,通过模拟测功机的实际工况,完成测功机的基本惯量的校准、电惯量模拟精度的校准及响应时间的测量。履带车辆底盘测功机的在线校准,解决了离线静态校准方式数据的单一性和不确定性,为履带车辆测功机提供计量技术保障。
The bench test of tracked vehicles is one of the most important parts of laboratory environmental test for tracked vehicles.Dynamometer is the core component of bench test platform,the reliability and accuracy of test results is directly dependent on whether the dynamometer can simulate the inertia timely and accurately.In this paper,a comparison method is used to calibrate the dynamometer system of tracked vehicles.By using high-precision torque meter,standard mechanical inertia box,equivalent inertia matching mechanical system and data acquisition and analysis system,the basic inertia calibration,electric inertia simulation precision calibration and response time measurement of dynamometer system are completed by simulating the actual working conditions of dynamometer system.On-line calibration of tracked vehicle dynamometer system solves the singularity and uncertainty of off-line static calibration data,and provides technical support for measuring tracked vehicle dynamometer system.
