摘要
GJB150.3A提出了恒定和循环两种高温试验方法,本文对各试验程序进行了分析,以某典型发热和不发热产品为例,按照GJB150.3A试验方法制定了恒定高温和循环高温试验方案,开展了具体试验,对试验数据进行了分析,运用Fluent创建热仿真模型,进行了高温试验仿真,验证了试验结果,总结了高温试验建议。
There are two kinds of high temperature test methods in GJB 150.3A standard,which are constant high temperature test method and circulating high temperature test method,this paper analyzed each of them.Taking a typical heating and non-heating product as an example,we proposed some schemes,carried out some tests according to GJB 150.3A standard,and analyzed testing data.And then,high temperature test simulation was made by thermal simulation model with Fluent,which verified the testing results.The high temperature test recommendations were summarized at last.
