受试产品在进行高低温湿热过程中发生问题,会造成受试产品损坏、试验数据无效等后果,进而造成试验周期的延长以及成本的增加。本文总结归纳了高低温湿热试验过程中常见的三类问题,对问题出现的原因进行了分析,并提出了问题的预防与解决方案,以期指导试验人员开展相应工作,避免问题的发生。

The problems occurred during high-low temperature and humidity test process may cause damage of testing product and testing data,furthermore,it can lead prolongation of testing cycle and increase in cost.This paper sums up and analyzes three common problems in testing process,and puts forward the prevention and solutions of these problems so as to instruct testers to avoid the problems when carrying out work.
