摘要 纺织工业是我国传统的支柱产业,其生产过程中排放的大量废水会对周边环境产生了极大的威胁,由此开发有效的印染废水处理技术一直是环保行业关注的重要课题。本课题首先论述了印染废水的危害及其处理方法,明确了生物流化床处理技术的优越性与应用可行,其后基于新型环保填料的开发和配套技术的不断完善,提出一种新的生物流化床——流离生物窝填料,并对其原理与应用实践展开论述,以期与同行交流。 Textile industry is our country’s traditional pillar industry,which discharge great amount of wastewater during its production and become a big threat of surroundings.Developing effective treatments of printing and dyeing wastewater is always an important topic which the environment protection sections focus on.This article firstly discusses the hazard and treatments of printing and dyeing wastewater and clarifies the advantages and feasibility of bio-fluidized bed treatment technology,and offers a kind of new bio-fluidized bed,free biological padding,which is based on the developing of new environmental padding and corresponding technology,discussing about its theory and practice,in order to communicate with peers.
