The Influence of Micronaire Value to Knitting Quality

为探讨原棉马克隆对布面质量的影响,对不同马克隆值的原棉进行了实验。实验结果表明:马克隆值在B2级,且马克隆值相对较大时,适合纺深色宝蓝质量布。马克隆值在A级时,浅色漂白品质布。因此,在纺纱过程中,要根据布面质量要求及用途,合理配置马克隆值,才能纺出符合产品质量要求的纱线,从而制造出符合客户要求的布类。

To explore the influence of cotton micronaire value to knitting quality,then the experiment of different micronaire values is carried out.The experimental results show that it’s suitable for spinning dark bule knitwear when the micronaire values is in B2 level and relatively large.Also,that it’s suitable for spinning light bleached knitwear when the micronaire values is in A level.So,In the spinning process,Micronaire must be properly configure according to the quality and purpose of knitwear that can get yarn meeting the requirements of the product,Then to weave knitwear that meets the need of the customer.
