摘要
随着我国城市住宅小区质量的持续改善,人们对住宅小区室外舒适度的关注也在不断提升,但目前仍没有完备的方法来定量评价住宅小区室外环境的舒适度。以广州市12个住宅小区为例,通过实地测量、问卷调查等方法获取各小区的舒适度影响因子,并计算各小区室外舒适度评价得分;再利用高分辨率遥感数据对各小区的舒适度影响因子进行解译,建立舒适度与各因子的回归模型。回归模型的建立对将来土地开发利用,人们生活指数提高具有实际指导意义。
With the continued improvement of living environment in the city, the outdoor environment of residential quarter also has attracted more and more attention. But there is no perfect way to quantitatively evaluate the outdoor comfort of residential quarter. In this paper, taking 12 residential quarters in Guangzhou City for example, we got the comfort influence factors of the residential quarters by field measurements and questionnaires. And then, we used high resolution remote sensing data to interpret each factor. Based on remote sensing technology and comprehensive evaluation results, we established a model for evaluating the outdoor comfort of residential quarter. This model is useful for the land exploitation and utilization.
