手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果研究

目的研究手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全过程中的应用效果。方法本文将我院在2015年12月至2016年12月期间收治的接受手术治疗的患者220例作为实验研究的对象,按照患者接受护理服务模式的不同分为两组,常规手术室护理服务的110例患者作为常规组,在常规组基础上加用手术室细节护理的110例患者作为细节组。结果细节组患者仪器设备管理、巡回护士配合技能、消毒隔离、操作规范等护理质量评分以及患者对护理服务的满意程度均显著优于常规组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为手术患者提供护理服务的过程中,手术室细节护理的运用提高了护理的安全性和质量,促进了手术的顺利进行,值得予以临床推广以及运用。

Objective Study details the operating room nursing care in ensuring that the application effect in the process of the operating room nursing safety.Methods In this paper,to the hospital in December 2015-December 2016 admitted during the period of 12 months in patients undergoing surgery for 220 cases as an object of experimental research according to the patients received nursing service mode of the different divided into two groups,conventional operating room nursing service as normal group,110 patients in routine group on the basis of details in the operating room nursing 110 patients as the details of the group.Results The group details of instruments and equipment management,visiting nurse cooperate with disinfection and isolation,such as practice nursing skills,quality of nursing service satisfaction ratings and patients were significantly better than the conventional group of patients,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of to provide nursing care to patients,the use of the operating room nursing details to improve the safety and quality of care,to promote the operation smoothly,worthy of clinical promotion and use.
