“4P”护理模式在护理质量管理中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of “4P” Nursing Mode in Nursing Quality Management

目的探究"4P"护理模式在护理质量管理中的临床效果评价。方法抽选我院2017年1月至2017年12月收治的84例患者作为本次临床研究资料,根据不同的护理干预方式将患者随机划分为两组,其中42例应用常规护理模式的患者命名为对照组,42例应用"4P"护理模式的患者命名为观察组,评价两组患者护理效果。结果应用常规护理模式护理的对照组患者护理满意率为80.95%、不良事件发生率为11.90%,应用"4P"护理模式护理的观察患者护理满意率为95.24%、不良事件发生率为7.14%。结论 "4P"护理模式在临床护理中的应用,可以提升患者护理满意程度,降低住院患者安全风险,因此具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect evaluation of“4P”nursing model in nursing quality management.Methods Eighty-four patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the data of this clinical study.Patients were randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing interventions.Among them,42 patients were treated with conventional nursing mode.Named the control group,42 patients with“4P”nursing model were named observation group to evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 80.95%in the control group and 11.90%in the control group.The satisfaction rate of the nursing care in the 4P nursing model was 95.24%,and the adverse event rate was 7.14%.Conclusion The application of“4P”nursing model in clinical nursing can increase patient care satisfaction and reduce hospital patient safety risk,so it has certain clinical promotion value.
