Objective To evaluate the clinical value of hyperbaric oxygenation combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)for somatic symptoms and cognitive function in patients with cerebral microvascular disease and depression. Methods A total of 98 patients with cerebral vascular disease and depressive disorder admitted from December 2015 to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 49 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen alone.Patients in the group were treated with hyperbaric oxygenation and transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS).P300 volatility and P300 latency assessment,MoCA score, and HAMD score were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the P300 amplitude and P300 latency,MoCA score and HAMD score of the experimental group were all better than the conventional group. There was a certain contrast between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Combined treatment of hyperbaric oxygen and transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in patients with cerebral small vessel disease associated with depression can improve their cognitive function and physical symptoms,so it can be widely used and applied.
