二维斑点追踪成像技术诊断冠心病的应用意义探析

摘要 目的研究二维斑点追踪成像技术诊断冠心病的应用意义。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2017年1月至2018年1月经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者50例(观察组)和冠状动脉正常者50例(对照组),两组研究对象均利用二维斑点追踪成像技术进行诊断。对比两组研究对象的舒张期早期峰值应变率和舒张晚期峰值应变率。结果 100例患者中共有节段1800个;同对照组相比较,观察组冠心病患者室壁各节段的SrE、SrA均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在诊断冠心病中,二维斑点追踪成像技术的应用效果确切,舒张期应变率可为冠心病的筛查和诊断提供有效数据支持。
