房族组织、秩序生产与乡村治理法治化

SUB-LINEAGE ORGANIZATION,ORDER PRODUCTION AND LEGALIZATION OF RURAL GOVERNANCE

田野调查发现,北侗地区房族组织结构相对简单,但是内涵较为复杂,既包括类似于汉人宗族中的房支,同时也指涉类似于汉人宗族的组织。房族组织在房族范围、姓氏组成、血缘渊源等方面具有一定的灵活性,有明显的治理功能。房族组织主要通过协助村务、主导公益、族规引导和纠纷解决四种方式参与乡村治理,主导并生产乡村秩序。房族是典型的乡村自组织,乡村治理法治化应注意运用自组织资源。

Through the field investigation in the Pingshan village of Jinping county,Guizhou province,we have found that the structure of the sub-lineage organization(Fang)in northern area of the Dong minority is relatively simple,but the connotation is more complicated,including the branch of clan which is similar to the clan of Han Chinese,and also refers to the organization similar to the Han clan.The clan organization has certain flexibility in the scope of the sub-lineage,the composition of the surname,the origin of the blood,and has obvious governance functions.The sub-lineage organization mainly participates in rural governance by assisting village affairs,leading public welfare,family regulation and dispute resolution,leading and producing rural order.The sub-lineage is a typical rural autonomous organization,and the legalization in rural governance should pay attention to employ the resources of autonomous organization.
