经过历史长河的淘沙和积淀,隆林彝族法文化经历由"转房""通婚禁忌"到婚姻自主和自由,神灵断案到依法审判,火葬到土葬再到火葬的文化回归,限制人身自由到自由枷锁的打破,传统刑事"赎买"到现行的罪刑法定,从"野蛮"的血亲复仇到文明纠纷解决的当代变迁。

With the accumulation of history,the legal culture of Yi ethnic group has experienced a series of changes from“transfer housing”,“community taboo”to marriage autonomy and freedom,from god oracles to legal trials,from the cremation to the burial and then returning to the cremation,from the restrictions on personal freedom to the break of shackles,from the traditional criminal"redemption"to the current criminal law,and from the“barbaric”bloody revenge to the contemporary civilized dispute resolution.
