摘要
针对特大型四列圆柱滚子轴承支柱保持架在使用过程中出现的早期失效问题,通过宏观检查、断口处及磨损部分的扫描电子显微镜检测,以及对轴承工作过程中的受力和运动模拟分析,得出结果:支柱焊接质量不稳定,在反复的冲击载荷作用下,支柱焊接端缺陷处的断裂和螺纹端的疲劳断裂是导致轴承失效的主要原因,并据此提出了改善焊接支柱保持架质量的设计方法和工艺控制措施。
For early failure of pillar cages in extra-large size four row cylindrical roller bearings during use,examination,scanning electric microscopy examination of fracture section and war part,load and motion simulation analysis of the bearings during operating process are adopted.The failure of the bearings is fracture at threaded end and fracture at defect of pillar welding end under repeated impact load due to instability of pillar welding quality.The design method and process control measure are proposed to improving quality of welding pillar cages.
