摘要
大力建设高速铁路是促进我国区域统筹协调发展的重要战略,在"一带一路"倡议背景下,高铁更是实现互联互通,促进国内外统筹发展的重要载体。选取连通"一带一路"国内中心城市的交通要道之一徐兰客运高铁为研究对象,运用计量分析方法检验高铁对沿线区域经济增长、可达性和经济潜力等方面的潜在影响,并在计量分析的基础上,进一步就高铁建设对区域协调发展的影响开展政治经济学的探讨。结果表明,高铁在短期内对于沿线地区经济增长的促进效应不显著,但是有助于提高可达性和经济潜力,能够在一定程度上缩小发达地区与欠发达地区之间的差距,从长期看有助于促进区域协调发展。
It is of strategic importance for China to vigorously develop high-speed railways so as to promoteregional coordinated development since against the backdrop of the Belt and Road Initiative,high-speed railways are channels and carriers for domestic interconnectivity and international coordinated development.Xuzhou-Lanzhou high-speed railway was selected for quantitative data analysis due to its important position as a transportation hub to connect cities along the Belt and Road.The research is to find out the potential effect of the Xuzhou-Lanzhou high-speed railway on the cities along the railway in terms of economic growth,accessibility and economic potential.It further discusses the effect on coordinated reginal development in the perspective ofpolitical economics based on the result of quantitative analysis.The results indicate that although the high-speed railway has no significant effect on the economic growth of the cities along the railway in the short term,it will help elevate accessibility and economic potential and narrow the gap between developed regions and less-developed regions to some extent,thus promotingregional coordinated development in the long run.
