鸡蛋过敏:回避还是早期添加? 被引量:2

摘要 食物过敏是由免疫学机制介导的食物不良反应。鸡蛋是婴幼儿中最常见的过敏食物,同时鸡蛋又是婴幼儿早期添加的主要固体食物之一,是主要的膳食蛋白来源,也是许多加工食品的组成成分、某些疫苗的培养基。鸡蛋过敏应引起高度重视和深入研究。世界各国报道的鸡蛋过敏发生率比较接近,基本上在1%~9%之间。国内2012年报道,重庆、珠海、杭州三城市0~2岁儿童鸡蛋过敏检出率分别为4.4%、3.0%、4.2%[1]。大部分鸡蛋过敏是由IgE介导,患儿主要表现为特应性皮炎,也有部分患儿表现为过敏性嗜酸细胞食管炎、过敏性嗜酸细胞胃肠炎,在采取鸡蛋回避措施后胃肠道症状得以改善。
