"一带一路"是全方位开放、推行新型全球化和全球治理、构建人类命运共同体的国际合作倡议,展示了中国模式的广泛国际吸引力,成为中国梦与世界各国梦对接的合作平台和中国崛起提供给世界的公共产品。"一带一路"揭示中国与世界关系自近代以来最深刻的变迁:从"把世界的变成中国的",到"把中国的变成世界的",充分彰显了"四个自信"在国际上的体现——战略自信,生动展示了解决人类问题的中国方案和中国智慧,鲜明体现了改革开放的世界意义。为更好实现"一带一路"建设的国际大合唱,应及时、有效回应西方对"一带一路"及中国模式的质疑,提升中国制度性国际话语权。

The Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)is not just advancing all,dimensional opening,up,but also ushering in new type of globalization and global governance,with the final goal of building community of shared future for humankind.BRI has been revealing the most profound transition of China’s relations with the world since the Opium War:it used to be that the international community provided opportunities for the development of China,and nowadays,China makes new contributions to global development.Such a transi,tion reflects China’s full confidence in the path,theory,system,and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which makes strategic confidence that exhibits Chinese wisdom and Chinese approaches to solving the problems facing humankind,distinctively reflecting worldwide significance of China's Reform and Opening,Up-For better Belt and Road international cooperation,China should address skepticism of the West about BRI as well as China model in an effective and timely manner.
