饲料添加凝结芽孢杆菌及枯草芽孢杆菌对生长猪的生长性能影响 被引量:14

摘要 选择初始体重30.2±0.3 kg试验猪28头随机分为4个处理组:对照组添加杆菌肽锌40 g·t^(-1);试验组1添加饲用凝结芽孢杆菌2×10~6cfu·g^(-1);试验组2添加饲用枯草芽孢杆菌2×10~6cfu·g^(-1);试验组3同时添加2×10~6cfu·g^(-1)凝结芽孢杆菌与2×10~6cfu·g^(-1)枯草芽孢杆菌,用于研究饲料添加凝结芽孢杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌对30~60 kg阶段生长猪的生长性能影响。试验结果表明,平均日增重、饲料增重比指标,试验组1显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且对照组、试验组2和试验组3之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲料干物质与总能表观消化率,试验组1最高,其他3个处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,与使用杆菌肽锌相比,单一添加饲用凝结芽孢杆菌2×10~6cfu·g^(-1)的生长猪生长性能最佳;然而,单一添加同样剂量的枯草芽孢杆菌、或组合添加枯草芽孢杆菌与凝结芽孢杆菌,没有获得生长性能的进一步改善。 The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of feed probiotics Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus subtilis on the growth performance in the 30-60 kg growing pigs.Twenty eight initial body weight of 30.2±0.3 kg pigs were randomly divided into four treatment groups,including the control(40 g·t-1 Bacitracin Zinc),group 1(2×106 cfu·g-1 Bacillus coagulans),group 2(2×106 cfu·g-1 Bacillus subtilis),and group 3(2×106 cfu·g-1 Bacillus coagulans+2×106 cfu·g-1 Bacillus subtilis).The results showed ADG and F/G of the control,group 2 and 3 pigs were no differences(P>0.05),but group 1 were better(P<0.05)than the control.The apparent digestibility of dry matter and total energy for group 1 were highest among four treatments,and the control,group 2 and 3 pigs were nodifferences(P>0.05).These findings suggested the addition of 2×106 cfu·g-1 Bacillus coagulans probiotics in the growing pig feed could enhance the growth performance and feed nutrient utilization of the growing pigs,but the same amount of Bacillus subtilis or the combination use of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans could not achieve the further improvement of the growth performance,compared with the feed additive Bacitracin Zinc.
