摘要
为研究中草药饲料添加剂对肉用中华竹鼠生产性能的影响,选取(35±5)日龄的中华竹鼠300只为试验动物,分为试验组和对照组,每组设3个重复,每个重复50只,进行为期150 d的饲养试验。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在饲喂的基础饲粮中加入中草药提取物300 mg·kg^(-1)。结果表明,试验组的各项生产性能均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),说明本试验设计的中草药饲料添加剂能够明显提中华竹鼠的生产性能。
The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herbal feed additive on reproductive performance of Rhizomys sinensis Gray.Three hundred Rhizomys sinensis Grays which were 35±5 days old were randomly assigned to two groups,each group had three repeat,each repeat had fifty Rhizomys sinensis Gray.Control group was provided with basic diet,while test group was fed with basic diets added to 300 mg·kg^-1 Chinese herbal feed additive for 150 days.The results showed that test group was significant difference in comparing kinds of reproductive performance with control group(P<0.05).The conclusion of the study was Chinese herbal feed additive could improve reproductive performance of Rhizomys sinensis Gray.
