中草药提取物对热应激种公鸡生产性能和精液质量的影响

Effect of Chinese Herb PE on Relieving Heat Stress on Production Performance and Semen Quality of Breeder Cocks

为研究中草药提取物缓解种公鸡热应激的效果,随机选取35周龄的种公鸡120只为试验动物,进行为期4周的饲养试验,预试期为1周,正试期为3周。试验鸡群随机分为两组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮上添加中草药提取物300 mg·kg^(-1)。结果表明,试验组的采食量和成活率分别比对照组高24.5 g·d^(-1)和4.9%,差异极显著(P<0.01),采精量和精子密度分别比对照组高0.68 mL·只^(-1)和2亿个·只^(-1),差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,本试验设计的中草药提取物能提高热应激状态下的采食量,提高成活率,提高热应激状态下种公鸡的采精量和精子密度。

The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE on relieving heat stress on breeder cocks.One hundred and twenty breeder cocks which were 35 weeks were randomly assigned to two groups,each group had three repeats.Control group was provided with basic diet,while test group fed with basic diets added to 300 mg·kg-1 Chinese herb PE for 21 days.The results showed that test group was very significant difference in comparing the feed intake and survival rate were 24.5 g·d-1 and 4.9%higher than the control group,respectively,the difference was significant(P<0.01).The ejaculate volume and sperm density were higher than control group each breeder cock 0.68 mL and 200 million,respectively(P<0.05).The conclusion of the study was Chinese herb PE could depress heat stress of breeder cocks.
