摘要
对Cu_(46)Zr_(46)Al_8非晶合金进行了电子束焊接,并分析了接头微观组织转变、显微硬度分布及拉伸性能.结果表明,Cu_(46)Zr_(46)Al_8非晶合金电子束焊接接头熔化区组织大部分仍为非晶态,过冷液相区内发生晶化形成Cu-Zr金属间化合物.焊接接头熔化区与母材硬度相当,过冷液相区硬度值显著降低.接头抗拉强度及韧性相比母材都明显降低,拉伸断裂于过冷液相区内的脆性化合物层,呈现典型的沿晶脆性断裂特征.
Cu46Zr46A18 BMGs have been joined by the electron beam welding(EBW)technique.The microstructural transformation,microhardness profile across the welded joint and the tensile property have been analyzed in this paper.The results showed that major microstructure in fusion zone remained amorphous state.Crystallization occurred in the supercooling liquid zone(SLZ)and a large amount of Cu-Zr intermetallics were produced The microhardness in fUsion zone was similar to the base metal and microhardness of supercooling liquid zone was significantly reduced.The tensile strength and toughness of the welded joint were lower than those of base metal.Fracture occurred in the brittle compounds layer of supercooling liquid zone with a typical brittle intergranular fracture mode.
