摘要
对于高速铁路桥梁的长期安全监测,可通过采用倾角仪监测桥梁结构的位置状态,掌握其发展变化趋势。本文介绍了电阻应变式高精度梁式倾角仪的结构原理,通过计算分析给出了其测试精度,并通过试验验证其分辨率、精度、重复性等技术性能指标。高精度梁式倾角仪具有结构简单、测试技术成熟可靠、精度高、造价低等优点,配合远程自动化数据采集系统,可以应用于高速铁路桥梁运营状态的长期化、系统性的安全监测。
In view of long-term safety monitoring of high speed railway bridge,the position state of bridge structure can be monitored by inclination sensor,and its development trend can be grasped.In this paper,the structure principle of high-precision beam-type inclination sensor using resistance strain was introduced,its test precision was given through calculation and analysis,and its resolution,precision,repeatability and other technical performance indexes were verif ied through tests.High-precision beam-type inclination sensor has the advantages of simple structure,mature and reliable test technology,high precision and low cost.Combining with the use of remote automatic data acquisition system,it can be applied to realize the long-term and systematic safety monitoring of operation states of high speed railway bridge.
