摘要
针对目前高速铁路钢筋混凝土底座板出现粉化现象但尚没有有效、准确的检测手段的问题,引入无损检测技术——弹性波CT法对无砟轨道底座板混凝土质量进行检测。以哈大客运专线无砟轨道底座板为检测对象,分析了底座板不同外观状况下弹性波CT法的检测结果,同时与钻孔取芯结果相比较。研究结果表明:弹性波CT技术检测结果与钻孔取芯基本一致;当底座板出现粉化现象时内部混凝土也有不同程度的损伤,外观与内部混凝土强度的相关性很高。
In view of the problem that there is still no effective and accurate method to detect present reinforced concrete base plates with pulverization phenomenon on high speed railways,a non-destructive detection technology,elastic wave CT method,was introduced to detect the concrete quality of ballastless track base plates.Taking the ballastless track base plates on Harbin-Dalia dedicated passenger railway as detection objects,the elastic wave CT method was used to the base plates with different appearances,and the detection results were compared with that using core drilling method.The detection results of the elastic wave CT method are basically consistent with that of core drilling method.In addition,there are different degrees of damage in base plate concrete interior when it shows pulverization phenomenon,and the correlation between the appearance and the strength of concrete interior is strong.
