重载铁路曲线超高对外轨侧磨速率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在全面分析曲线钢轨侧磨速率影响因素的基础上,调查收集了北方地区部分重载铁路重车方向外轨侧磨相关数据,对比分析了小半径曲线外轨在5大主点的侧磨情况。提出了可用于不同线路、不同区段曲线外轨侧磨对比分析的侧磨速率计算方法,分析了不同纵坡情况下半径400~600 m曲线外轨超高、未被平衡外轨超高对侧磨速率的影响规律,并提出了重载铁路小半径曲线外轨超高设置的建议。 On the basis of the comprehensive analysis on the factors inf luencing the side wear rate of curved rails,the related side wear data of the outer rails in heavy load direction of heavy haul railway in northern region were partly investigated and gathered.A comparative analysis on the side wear condition at f ive main points on the outer rail of the small-radius curve was made.A method for calculating the side wear rate was put forward,which can be used in comparative analysis of the outer rail s side wear in different lines and sections.The inf luences of superelevation and unbalanced superelevation of outer rails in curve with radius of 400~600 m on side wear rate were analyzed,which contained different conditions of various longitudinal slopes.Some suggestions about how to set the outer rail superelevation of the small-radius curve in the heavy haul railway were proposed in meanwhile.
