基于亲缘系数的高油酸花生骨干亲本开选016的育种价值分析

Breeding Value Analysis of High Oleic Acid Peanut Corner Stone Parent Kaixuan 016 Based on Coefficient of Parentage

为评价高油酸花生骨干亲本开选016的育种价值,在介绍开选016的创制与特点的基础上,利用亲缘系数(COP)与聚类分析的方法,对开选016衍生的23个高油酸花生品种(系)进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,19个高油酸花生品种(系)与开选016的COP为0. 5; 23个高油酸花生品种(系)共组成253对组合,品种(系)间COP为0. 125~0. 562 5,平均值为0. 276 99,品种间尤其是同一系列品种间的COP较高;基于COP的聚类分析在欧氏距离值1. 0水平上,将开选016衍生的23个高油酸花生品种(系)聚为9个类群,其中开农310、开农301和开农H03-3各自聚为一个类群,其余20个品种(系)聚为6个不同的类群。综合分析,开选016为适应性广、配合力高的优异高油酸花生种质,具有较高的育种价值,加强开选016及其衍生品种(系)与其他优异品种的组配利用,对选育高油酸花生新品种、提高遗传多样性具有重要意义。

In order to evaluate the breeding value of high-oleic peanut corner stone parent Kaixuan 016,on the basis of introducing the breeding and characteristics of Kaixuan 016,the genetic diversity of 23 Kaixuan 016 derived cultivars(lines)was analyzed using coefficient of parentage(COP)and cluster.The results showed that the COP of 19 cultivars(lines)was 0.5.A total of 253 cross combinations were made among 23 high-oleic peanut cultivars(lines)and the COP of different combinations ranged from 0.125 to 0.562 5 with the average COP of 0.276 99.The COP was high among 23 varieties especially the same series.The cluster analysis which was based on COP suggested that the 23 high-oleic peanut cultivars could be divided into 9 groups at the Euclidean distance of 1.0.Kainong 310,Kainong 301 and Kainong H03-3 were separated into 3 groups and the remaining 20 cultivars(lines)were classified into the other 6 groups.In conclusion,Kaixuan 016 was a high-oleic peanut germplasm with wide adaptability,high combining ability and high breeding value.Enhancing the utilization of combinations between Kaixuan 016,its derivatives and other excellent varieties is of great importantance for breeding new high-oleic peanut varieties and increasing the genetic diversity.
