摘要 近视是全球范围内最常见的一类屈光不正,在过去几十年间,近视发病率逐年上升而发病年龄趋于提前,已成为重大的公共卫生问题。近视被认为是由遗传因素和环境因素以及基因-环境交互作用影响的多因素复杂疾病,尽管大量的实验研究对近视的发生发展机制进行了探索,但其确切病因及病理机制仍未阐明。表观遗传学作为目前生物医学研究的热点,加深了人们对近视发生发展机制的认识。本文就近年来近视表观遗传方面的研究进行综述。 Myopia is the most common type of refractive error in the world.In the past few decades,the incidence of myopia has increased year by year and the age of onset has been younger than before,which has become a major public health problem.Myopia is considered as a complex disease caused by genetic and environmental factors and gene-environment interaction.The exact etiology and pathogenesis of myopia has not been elucidated,although a lot of experimental researches have explored it.Epigenetics,as a hotspot in biomedical research,has deepened our understanding,and this present article will give a review on the recent progress of the epigenetics of myopia.
