摘要 模拟航空发动机真实工况,对指尖密封静动态性能进行了试验研究并与标准型刷式密封进行比较,研究压比、转速、温度对指尖密封泄漏特性的影响规律。试验结果表明:指尖密封具有优异的密封性能;随着压比的增大,指尖密封泄漏参数先增大后趋于定值;在试验转速范围内,随着转速的增加,泄漏参数降低;随着温度的升高,泄漏参数减小;指尖密封相比于标准型刷式密封,静态泄漏参数降低8%~41%,动态泄漏参数降低约18%。 The static and dynamic performances of finger seals were tested by simulating the real condition of aeroengine and compared with that of conventional brush seals.The effects of rotating speed,pressure ratio and temperature on the leakage characteristics of finger seal were studied.The testing results show that the finger seal has excellent sealing performan ce.The leakage parameters of finger seal is first increased and then gradually tend to a constant with the increase of pressure ratio.Under the test speed range,the leakage parameter is decreased with the increase of rotating speed.With the increase of temperature,the leakage parameter is also decreased.Compared with conventional brush seal,the static leakage parameter of finger seal is reduced from 8%to 41%,the dynamic leakage parameter is reduced by 18%.
