摘要
综合运用多种色谱技术从倒挂金钩茎枝的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了19个酚类成分,根据理化性质及波谱学方法鉴定为:表儿茶素(1)、儿茶素(2)、金鸡纳素Ia(3)、金鸡纳素Ib(4)、金鸡纳素Ⅱa(5)、金鸡纳素Ⅱb(6)、原花青素B2(7)、原花青素B5(8)、原花青素C1(9)、hedyotol D(10)、落叶松树脂醇(11)、(+)-松脂素(12)、9-O-(Z)-阿魏酰落叶松脂(13)、9-O-(E)-阿魏酰落叶松脂(14)、(+)-lyoniresinol 9'-O-glucoside(15)、pomegralignan(16)、东莨菪内酯(17)、臭矢菜素B(18)和hymexelsin(19)。所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物7~14、16、19首次从钩藤属分离得到。
Phytochemical investigation on the 95%ethanol extract of Uncaria lancifolia led to the isolation of 19 phenolic compounds,including epicatechin(1),catechin(2),cinchonain Ia(3),cinchonain Ib(4),cinchonainⅡa(5),cinchonainⅡb(6),procyanidin B 2(7),procyanidin B 5(8),procyanidin C 1(9),hedyotol D(10),(±)-lariciresinol(11),(+)-pinoresinol(12),9-O-(Z)-feruloyllariciresinol(13),9-O-(E)-feruloyllariciresinol(14),(+)-lyoniresinol 9′-O-glucoside(15),pomegralignan(16),scopoletin(17),cleomiscosin B(18)and hymexelsin(19).This is the first reporting for the chemical constituents of U.lancifolia.All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.Among them,ten compounds including 7-14,16 and 19 were isolated from Uncaria genus for the first time.
