摘要
研究了冲击回波法用于西北寒旱地区混凝土试块抗压强度的测试情况,将冲击回波法所测应力波的波速速与实测混凝土抗压强度所得样本数据按照最小二乘法进行数值拟合,分别建立碎石混凝土试块和卵石混凝土试块冲击回波法测强的拟合公式。同时结合全国统一测强曲线和国内学者研究所得曲线进行对比分析研究,结果表明:冲击回波法混凝土无损检测是一种宜优先在寒旱地区采用的检测方法,可为西北寒旱地区混凝土工程的质量控制、耐久性评估及试验提供理论依据。
The applications of impact-echo method on compressive strength test of concrete block in the cold and arid areas of northwest China are researched in this paper.The data of the stress-wave velocity measured by impact-echo method and the sample data of concrete compressive strength are numerically fitted by the least square method.The fitting formulas of impact-echo method for testing the strength of crushed stone concrete and boulder concrete are established respectively.Combined with the national strength-measuring curve and the curve researched by domestic scholars,this paper makes a comparative analysis,which shows that nondestructive testing of concrete by impact-echo method is a preferred method in the cold and arid areas.It can provide theoretical basis for quality control,durability evaluation and test of concrete engineering in the cold and arid areas of northwest China.
