摘要
超轻质水泥基复合材料(ULCC:ultra lightweight cement composite)是一种新型复合材料。通过对超轻质水泥基复合材料抗压性能的试验研究,分析了掺入不同体积含量(0.5%,1.0%)的聚乙烯醇(PVA:Polyvinyl alcohol)纤维和钢纤维(ST:Steel)及养护龄期对其抗压性能的影响。结果表明,掺入0.5%体积含量的PVA纤维之后密度没有明显的变化,而加入1.0%体积含量的PVA纤维或钢纤维可较明显地提高ULCC的密度;加入纤维可以有效提高ULCC的早期抗压强度,尤其是3 d条件下的强度,并且加入PVA纤维时强度最高可增大66.7%,加入ST纤维时强度最高可增大77.8%;掺入1.0%体积掺量的PVA纤维或者是ST纤维对其极限压应变有较明显的增大作用,并且加入纤维后可提高ULCC的塑性变形能力。
Ultra lightweight cement composite is a type of novel composites.Through the experimental study on the compressive properties of ultra lightweight cement composite,analyzing the incorporation of different volume content(0.5%,1%)of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA:Polyvinyl alcohol)fiber and steel fiber(ST:Steel)and the influence of curing time on the compressive properties.The results show that the density does not have significant changes when the 0.5%volume content of PVA fiber is added,but the density of ULCC can be obviously increased by adding 1.0%volume content of PVA fiber or steel fiber.Adding fiber can effectively improve the compressive strength of ULCC,especially in the condition of the 3 d ages,and the highest intensity can be increased by 66.7%when added PVA fiber,meanwhile,the highest intensity can be increased by 77.8%when added ST fiber 1.0%volume content of PVA fiber or ST fiber that were added to the paste had a significant effect on its ultimate compressive strain,and the plastic deformation ability of ULCC can be improved by adding fiber.
