摘要
混凝土生产,特别是大平面基础工程混凝土浇筑过程通常具有工程量大、持续时间长、并行性突出等特点,目前大多采用预拌混凝土方式,由多个搅拌站协同供应混凝土。由于工程量大,涉及搅拌站和浇筑点数量多,整体生产和运输过程的时效性要求很高。为保证施工质量,提高施工效率,聚焦于大平面基础工程混凝土浇筑过程,建立了最小中断浇筑时间和最小车辆等待时间的双目标优化模型,用遗传算法对最小中断浇筑时间问题进行求解,在最优解中寻找车辆等待时间最小的调度方案。仿真试验表明所用的模型和算法可以找到中断浇筑时间最短的解,同时有效降低车辆的等待时间。
The construction of concrete,especially for the large plane foundation engineering project,usually takes on the characteristics of large amount,long duration,outstanding parallelism and so on.At present,the ready-mixed concrete is mostly supplied by multiple mixing stations.Due to the large amount of engineering,multiple mixing stations and pouring points,the requirement of timeliness in the whole process of production and transportation is very high.To guarantee the quality of construction and improve the efficiency of construction,the two-objective optimization model for minimum interruption time of casting and the waiting time of vehicle is build up in the paper.To solve the problem,a genetic heuristic algorithm is designed to find the optimal scheduling solution.The calculation experiments show that the model and algorithm can find the shortest break time solution and reduce the waiting time of the vehicle effectively.
