摘要
对陶粒掺量、粉煤灰替代水泥掺量不同的轻质水泥基砌块展开抗压、抗折强度试验,根据得出的试验数据,研究陶粒掺量、粉煤灰替代水泥掺量的改变对轻质水泥基砌块抗压、抗折性能的影响趋势。通过研究分析,得出轻质水泥基砌块的抗压、抗折强度均随着陶粒掺量的增加而降低,随着粉煤灰替代水泥掺量的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势。因此,陶粒掺量和粉煤灰替代水泥掺量是影响轻质水泥基砌块抗压、抗折强度的主要因素,在混凝土配合比设计中应充分考虑这两个因素的影响。
The compressive strength and flexural strength of lightweight cement base block with different dosage of ceramsite and fly ash instead of cement are tested,According to the experimental data,the influence of the amount of ceramsite and the replacement of cement with fly ash on the compressive and flexural properties of lightweight cement base block is studied.Through research and analysis,it is concluded that the compressive strength and flexural strength of lightweight cement base block decrease with the increase of ceramsite content,and then increase first and then decrease with the addition of fly ash instead of cement.Therefore,the main factors affecting the compressive strength and flexural strength of lightweight cement base block are the amount of ceramsite and the amount of cement replaced by fly ash.The influence of these two factors should be taken into account in the design of concrete mix proportion.
