铁炭微电解与过硫酸氢钾联用处理亚甲基蓝废水 被引量:2

Degradation of methylene blue wastewater by combination of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis and potassium peroxymonopersulfate treatment

摘要 对过硫酸氢钾强化铁炭微电解降解亚甲基蓝废水进行了研究,考察了铁粉投加量、铁炭比、pH、过硫酸氢盐投加量等因素对色度和TOC去除的影响,并确定了适宜的反应条件。结果表明,在室温下铁粉的投加量为1.0g/L、铁炭的质量比为1.5/1.0、初始pH为3、过硫酸氢钾投加量为1.5g/L时,对亚甲基蓝废水处理60min后其脱色率可达到90.0%,TOC去除率达到65.7%;与单独铁炭微电解法相比,分别增加了35.6%和30.3%;过硫酸氢钾对铁炭微电解具有明显的强化作用。亚甲基蓝的降解符合准一级动力学方程。 Methylene blue wastewater was degraded using method of potassium peroxymonopersulfate reinforced iron-carbon micro-electrolysis.The effects of iron powder dosage,iron-carbon ratio,pH and potassium peroxymonosulfate dosage on chroma values and TOC removals were investigated and the reaction conditions were optimized.The results showed that under the conditions of 1.0 g/L iron dosage,1.5/1.0 mass ratio of iron and carbon,initial pH 3,1.5 g/L dosage of potassium peroxymonopersulfate,60 min,room temperature,the removal rates of chroma and TOC could reach to 90.0%and 65.7%,respectively.Compared with the method of using iron-carbon micro-electrolysis alone,the removal rates of chroma and TOC using method of potassium peroxymonopersulfate reinforced iron-carbon micro-electrolysis were increased by 35.6%and 30.3%,respectively.The effect of potassium peroxymonopersulfate in iron carbon micro-electrolysis was remarkable.The degradation rule of methylene blue was in consistent with pseudo first-order kinetic equation.
