钬镱掺杂钼酸铋的制备及性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用水热法及热处理过程制备钬镱掺杂钼酸铋(Ho^(3+)/Yb^(3+)-Bi_2MoO_6),探讨热处理温度对上转换发光强度的影响。利用XRD、FE-SEM、DTA、XPS、UC-PL和UV-Vis对合成样品进行表征。结果表明,Ho^(3+)和Yb^(3+)成功地掺杂到了正交相Bi_2MoO_6晶体中,样品的发光强度随着热处理温度的增大而增强,450℃时样品表现出最强的发光强度。并且进一步研究了450℃下制备的上转换发光粉的光催化性能,结果表明,在可见光照射下,Ho^(3+)/Yb^(3+)-Bi_2MoO_6对罗丹明B(RhB)表现出比较高的降解效率,50min达到90%,与未掺杂稀土的Bi_2MoO_6相比,其光催化降解效率有明显提高。 Ho^3+/Yb^3+co-doped Bi2MoO6 were prepared by hydrothermal method and thermal treatment process.The effects of heat-treating temperature on upconversion luminescence intensity were discussed.The as-synthesized samples were characterized by XRD,FE-SEM,DTA,XPS,UC-PL and UV-Vis.The results indicated that Ho^3+and Yb^3+were successfully doped into Bi2MoO6 grain.The luminous intensity is improved with the increase of heat-treating temperature.The samples showed the highest luminous intensity when the heat-treating temperature is 450℃.The photocatalytic properties of Ho^3+/Yb^3+co-doped Bi2MoO6 were further discussed in detail.The results showed that Ho^3+/Yb^3+co-doped Bi2MoO6 exhibited excellent degradation efficiency(90%)to rhodamine B(RhB)in 50 min under the visible light irradiation.Compared with the un-doped Bi2MoO6,Ho^3+/Yb^3+co-doped Bi2MoO6 exhibited better photocatalytic efficiency.
