摘要 为实现对混沌激光器温度与注入电流的高精度调节与控制,设计并制作了一套面向混沌激光器的高精度温控与直流驱动电路系统.该系统主要包括温度控制模块、直流驱动模块及上位机控制模块3部分.温度控制模块采用高控温精度的ADN8830作为主控芯片,通过设计温度补偿网络和功率放大电路,构成完整的闭环温度控制结构.直流驱动控制模块采用ADN2830作为主控芯片,结合高精度数字电位计设计串联和并联电阻电路,实现对激光器注入电流的精确控制.上位机控制模块采用串口通信方式实现对电路系统的整体控制,并利用LabVIEW语言开发了上位机自动控制系统.实验验证,电路系统温度控制精度可达0. 01℃,电流控制精度可达0. 01 mA,完全满足混沌激光器稳定运行的要求. In order to effectively control the temperature and the injection current of the chaotic laser,we design a set of precise temperature controller and direct current(DC)driver for chaotic laser.The system includes temperature controller module,DC driver module and host computer control module.By adopting ADN8830 as the main temperature control chip,combining with the design of the compensation network and power amplifier circuit,we achieve a closed-loop control structure.The DC driver module uses ADN2830 as the main control chip,and combines high-precision digital potentiometer to design series and parallel resistor circuits to realize accurate control of laser injection current.The host computer control module adopts the serial communication method to realize the overall control of the circuit system and we use LabVIEW language to develop the interface for the automatic host computer control system.Experimental results show that the temperature control precision of the circuit system can reach 0.01℃and the current control accuracy can reach 0.01 mA,which fully meet the requirements of stable operation of chaotic lasers.
