摘要
借助Flexsim 3D仿真软件和虚拟现实(VR)显示技术,搭建了基于Flexsim的生产实习仿真系统,开发了具有高度沉浸感的虚拟场景和数字化模型,通过动画编辑器(Animation)和FLexsim动作编程原理完成动画制作。将曲轴加工工艺知识融入仿真系统,形成"虚拟体验、双向互动"为特色的新实习实训模式,充分激发学生的学习热情、提高实习教学质量。
With the 3D Flexsim simulation and VR(virtual reality)display technology,a production practice simulation system based on Flexsim is set up,and the highly immersive virtual scene and digital model are developed.Through the animation editor and principle of kinematics,the animation is completed,and the crankshaft processing technology knowledge is integrated into the simulation system to form a new practice training mode with the characteristics of“Virtual experience and two-way interaction”,which can fully stimulate students’enthusiasm in learning and improve the quality of practice teaching.
