摘要
对前期的水煤气变换反应实验内容进行了改进,增加了CuO-MnOx复合氧化物催化剂的制备、表征及考察反应空速对催化活性影响等内容,将催化剂的制备、表征及性能测试等有机结合在一起;增加了实验项目的趣味性和研究性,调动了学生参与实验的积极性,激发了学生的学习热情和兴趣,对培养学生的应用能力、创新意识和科研素养具有很好的促进作用。
The previous experimental content of the water gas shift reaction is improved,and the content such as the preparation and characterization of CuO-MnO x composite oxide catalysts,the investigation of the effect of reaction air velocity on catalytic activity,etc.,is added.The preparation,characterization and performance testing of the catalysts are organically combined,which increases the interest and research content of the experimental project,arouses the students’initiative to participate in the experiment,stirs up their enthusiasm and interest in learning,and has a good effect on the training of their application ability,innovative awareness and scientific research accomplishment.
