摘要
主要介绍了大连理工大学工程训练中心在线切割实践教学环节培养大学生创新意识、创新思维和创新能力的教学实践。采用多种教学形式和教学方法,通过开设二维创新线切割课程,在教学过程中使用"案例教学法",努力使实训课程任务贴近工程实际,培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。通过引进先进设备,积极组织创新加工操作培训、搭建开放的线切割加工平台、改造现有装备、支持大学生制作各种创新作品、参加国内外创新竞赛,来进一步提升学生的创新能力,取得了良好效果。
This paper mainly introduces the teaching practice of WEDM(wire electrical discharge machining)to cultivate students’innovative awareness,thinking and ability inthe Engineering Training Center of Dalian University of Technology.By using a variety of teaching forms and methods,andthrough the opening of the 2D WEDM course,the“Case teaching method”is adopted in the process of teachingto make the practical training courses close to engineering practice and to cultivate students’practical and innovative ability.Through introducing the advanced equipment,actively organizing the training of innovative processing operation,constructing an open line cutting processing platform,reforming the existing equipment,supporting the college students to make various innovative works and participating in the innovation competition at home and abroad,the students’innovative ability is further enhanced,and good results are achieved.
