旅游实验技术队伍是实现旅游人才培养目标的重要保障。该文分析了当前旅游实验队伍建设中有关发展目标、人员技能、激励措施、考评机制等问题,并以华侨大学旅游实验教学中心为例,从分类管理、职业发展、激励机制、评价制度等方面探讨了实验队伍建设思路。

Tourism experimental technical team is an important guarantee for achieving the goal of tourism talent training.This paper analyzes the current issues about the development target,personnel skills,incentive measures,evaluation mechanism,etc.,in the construction of the tourism experimental technical team.By taking the Tourism Experimental Teaching Center of Huaqiao University as an example,the idea on the construction of the experimental team is explored from the aspects such as the classified management,professional development,incentive mechanism,evaluation system,etc.
