高校非高等级病原微生物实验室生物安全管理研究

Study on biosafety management of non-high grade pathogenic microbiology laboratories in colleges and universities

结合国内外在非高等级病原微生物方面的管理经验,剖析了我国高校在相关生物安全管理中存在问题的原因,介绍了在非高等级病原微生物实验室生物安全管理方面的实践,包括完善管理组织、制度建设、监督机制、实验室准入制度、教育培训制度以及建设生物废弃物统一处理平台等举措,为我国高校在非高等级病原微生物实验室生物安全管理方面提供借鉴。

In combination with the management experience of the non-high grade pathogenic microbiology at home and abroad,the causes of problems in the related biosafety management in Chinese universities are analyzed,and the practice of the biosafety management for the non-high grade pathogenic microbiology laboratory,which includes the improvement of the management organizations,the system construction,the supervision mechanism,the laboratory access system,the education and training system and the establishment of the unified disposal platform for biological waste is introduced so as to provide some reference for Chinese universities in the biosafety management of the non-high grade pathogenic microbiology laboratories.
