Associative Thinking and Music Composing

从音乐创作研究的角度出发,分析、探讨联想思维的特征、类型和价值,研究了联想思维在音乐创作中的具体应用。通过音乐作品分析发现作曲家联想思维越丰富,其创造性思维亦活跃,这种思维活动在作曲家创作过程中占有及其重要的地位。作曲家通过音乐创作实践进行音乐感知、情感体验、想象、联想,达到对音乐形象的审美体验。推理、演绎、创造、回忆这些思维过程在音乐创作中有着十分重要的作用。

From the standpoint of research on music composing, this essay analyzes and discusses the features, genres and values of associative thinking and its specific application in composing. By analyzing musical works it is found that the level and ability of the composer's associative thinking is directly connected to that of his creative thinking, and they occupy an extremely important position in the process of composing. The composer carries out music perception, emotional experience, imagination and association through music composing practice and he achieves aesthetic experience of musical image. Reasoning, interpreting, creating and recalling, these thinking processes play a ver y important role in music composing.
